A copy of the full judgment and the findings of District Judge Watson in this matter are available via Bristol County Court, or on request
Over a year after we were originally asked to help with development of the finerday.com website, we're pleased to announce that our long running court case against Finerday Ltd has reached its conclusion with a victory for WebMetricLtd.
After Finerday Ltd failed to pay the outstanding invoices for work done on the finerday.com website, WebMetric Ltd were regrettably forced to take legal action against Finerday Ltd.
Based on the evidence given in Bristol County Court against the testimony of both Howard Bashford & Elizabeth Harris for Finerday Ltd, District Judge Watson found conclusively in favour of WebMetric Ltd and ordered that Finerday Ltd should pay £19808.71 by 17 December 2009, this amount covered the original debt owed by Finerday Ltd for the work they had not paid for and legal costs awarded. A counter claim by Finerday Ltd was dismissed.
As of October 1st 2011 payment has not been received, and requests for payment have been ignored, That's 900 days without payment
